Will’s Norfolk Lawns Limited, a fast-growing, family-run lawn care company based in Taverham, Norfolk is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our friendly team to carry out specialist lawn treatments for our fantastic customers.

Job Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

At Will’s Norfolk Lawns, we pride ourselves on offering the highest possible level of service to our customers, so ‘people skills’ are paramount. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will visit between 5-20 customer properties per day, expertly providing bespoke, premium lawn care services using professional products, equipment and machinery. Your responsibilities will include fertilising, weed and moss treatments, scarifying, aerating, overseeding, top dressing, lawn surveys, diagnosing issues, and maintaining equipment and machinery.

Honest, trustworthy customer relationships is crucial to the job. As one of the faces of Will’s Norfolk Lawns, you will visit customers 6-8 times per year, building lasting partnerships, applying lawn treatments and providing problem-solving solutions by offering specialist advice on all lawn related matters. Getting to know your customers, building trust and a good rapport with them, will ensure great job satisfaction when you see the visible difference you are making to their green space.

Once qualified and on the completion of training, you will be assigned your own Will’s Norfolk Lawns van and equipment which allows you to commute directly to your customer properties from home, returning to the depot daily to load up products, maintain equipment and carry out van checks.
